Editing almost done

I have basically finished up all the editing for the film. In terms of the clips and audio everything has been lined and up made to perfection. The film is starting to look very professional. I was looking at things I can do to improve the film though. In my research I remembered color correction from my previous AICE Media projects and thought that would be a great way to contribute to the overall mysterious effect of this film. With this being a murder mystery me and my group all believe that the scenes should appear darker and mire intimidating. By doing this the film will create more feeling for the viewers along the lines of that a murder mystery would do. To properly achieve this look I have been doing research on other films and TV shows within the genre. In doing this there has been a lot of varying styles of color correction that I have come across. On this upcoming Thursday I plan to meet with my group to discuss what we believe will be a good idea for our general style of how the scenes should look. However, I have a set four that I have narrowed down for them to choose from. Speaking on the group working together, the filming session at my house for the additional scenes we needed went great. I feel that this project has really brought my group closer together as a friend group and everyone is really getting along. We all have a great understanding of what is going on and by all of us being able to contribute our opinions we really have been able to produce a really cool film. I can't wait for you all to get to view what I believe is a one of a kind film. We have put so much work in so far I cannot wait for what people to think and say about our hard work. For something that has taken so much time, I really hope it becomes worth it. Other than that the film is basically done. Other members have been working on the other aspects on the final task and have been able to get ahead of the game as well. The production process has been working VERY well and I can't wait for the hard work to pay off!
