Movie Conventions Research: Transformer rise of the fallen

    This movie has the convections of action pack car/alien related scenes that we plan on having in our movie with the movie being based off auto heads the auto bots don’t fall too far from the tree. some conventions that are seen in this movie are the high-speed car chases followed by the huge explosions and gunfire however due to a lack of equipment we are not able to have such high-quality scenes but we can follow the format. In our movie we plan to use a plethora of action scenes that involve cars to catch the audience's attention. something that we saw a lot of in this movie that helped us to decide that we wanted to research it was that we found ourselves intrigued and caught on what was going on in the movie and we thought that having the ability to keep attention would be something that would help our film thrive. We enjoyed the ideas that this movie gave us to contribute to a wide variety of action scenes that we plan to have implemented in our movie. The plot planned is supposed to grab the audience's attention and give in an adrenaline rush this also gives that excitement factory that is seen in more than many action movies. We have come up with the idea that although the movie is based off a mechanic we should add a plot twist to draw the audience in even more. To continue, some of the things that we didn't like from the movie conventions Were the lack of variety between the action scenes. Most of the scenes that we saw consisted of fights and explosions with little to no variety in what we were seeing. They were mostly located in the same place. The conventions and codes from this movie helped us come up with ideas that could possibly contribute to the overall plot and entertainment of the movie. Overall, this was a good movie to use for convention codes and it gave us some great ideas to use for our movie/film.
